Singles event - how does it work?
At a singles event every guest gets his unique "flirtation number" which will usually be well visibly sticked on their clothes. With those numbers your guest are now able to send each other anonymous flirtation messsages.
To send a message to a likeable person you use flirtation notes that are laid out all over the place. You enter the receivers number, your own number and small romantic message. You have to hand in your messages at the singles event personnel.
This is where SinglesNight software comes into play:

The receivers number of the message will be entered in the software and will thus be automatically shown on the displays in your venue. If someone spots his number on the displays, he knows that there's a message for him he may pick up at the singles event personnel.
Any numbers that got messages are administered by SinglesNight software and are displayed on as many output devices as you wish - eg. on TVs, screens or flat screens.
Every number is displayed as often until the message was fetched by the corresponding receiver. So nobody anymore will miss the woman of his dreams just because he was on toilet and missed the announcement of his number...
When a message was fetched, the corresponding number has to be deleted in the software. Of course that number now automatically won't be displayed anymore.

Advantages of SinglesNight
On singles events there used to be long announcements every few minutes to tell guests which numbers got new messages.
Usually it's very noisy on parties and the music is playing loud so it's very difficult to undestand the announcements - "Did he say 114 or 115?".
When using SinglesNight software it is now possible to throw a great singles party without having to stop the music - your guests will be happy!
